On February 26, State Cotton Exchange, which is jointly invested by CNCIC, Shenzhen Agricultural Products, Co., Ltd and Anhui Cotton and Jute Corporation, formally opened in Hefei, Anhui province. Officials from NDRC, ADBC, China Fiber Inspection Bureau attended the opening ceremony. Zhao Shucong, vice governor of Anhui province, Zhangjun, Anhui People’s Congress Standing Committee, He Xiaojie, vice general manager of CNCRC and Zhu Junming, general manager of Shenzhen Agricultural Products, presented the ceremony for congratulation.

The exchange provides prompt and forward physical cotton trading for cotton-related enterprises and enhances scientific distribution and orderly marketing of domestic cotton resource.
